Why Usability Is So Important

Website usabilty is, as it sounds how intuititve or usable and effective a website is.

There’s no point in having a website with all the latest bells and whistles, if users can’t find what they’re looking for.

Being top of the search engine results and attracting lots of visitors will mean nothing if you can’t convert visitors into customers.

Visitors might buy from you because of your price, but will they come back or buy additional products or services from you? They won’t if your website is slow to load, or has garish colours, or the product images are out of focus.
